The geodesic structure means no internal load-bearing walls, so your floor plan is completely open. Built on a Q235 galvanized steel frame with an 850 g/m² PVC outer cover and aluminium foil inner lining, the Settler is wind-rated to 100 km/h and certified B1, M2 fire retardant. Many owners use their Settler as a high-yield glamping pod, commanding $350 to $600 per night on Airbnb in popular rural locations across the country.
