A 30% deposit confirms your order and locks in your delivery slot. Your dome enters our production queue. We fabricate every structure to order using sustainably sourced cedar and precision-engineered steel connectors.
Your dome is packaged on a custom pallet system and shipped via our freight partners. We send you a tracking reference and estimated arrival window. Transit times vary by distance from our facility.
Our install crew arrives on your confirmed date. Most domes are fully erected and weathertight within 2 to 5 days on site. Interior fit-out follows once the shell is complete.
We walk you through your new dome, explain all systems, and hand over your warranty documentation. Our 10-year structural warranty and 12-month workmanship warranty begin on handover day.
Every dome ships in a custom wooden crate. Frame components are individually wrapped, foam-protected, and verified against the packing list before dispatch.
